the corporation that is better known in society as a legal person should not be responsable for the actions that affects in a very deep way the socity. the real guilt is the hands of the people that works for all these companies, the ones who are encharged of taking the decisions and the ones that support them.
is their compromise to work in a clear and fair way, for example ( salaries, products at the right price, manage power...) in order to benefit the society and set an example of social responsability. this will ensure those companies their progress and the satisfaction of their costumers.

Yes, I totally agree with you, the image of a company could be damaged just for a wrong action from a executive or manager but to judge a company as a whole you need to see its values, believes and sucefull actions throug all the company's life.
ResponderEliminarI agree with you, corporations, no matter if thay are recognized as legal persons, are managed by individuals (dierctors, employees, or shareholders) that take, support or carrie out decisions for the right functioning of the corporation, often they do everything in order to be successful even if this could affect somenthing else.

ResponderEliminarI think that there should be a more rigid legislation regarding responsibilities within the organizations in order to avoid irresponsible and bad acts. I agree that the state intervention in economic issues is harmful but, since the market and corporations are not perfect there should be a minimum intervention in certain issues mainly to protect consumers. In fact, the deregulation of markets and financial system is one the main causes of the current economic recession.
